Was the course a little long: 13.3-13.45?

Cheers

gear check and retrieval left a lot to be desired. over 30 minutes to check bags, over an hour to get them back.

I have to agree w/ Anon, standing in bag check for over an hour after a marathon was hell. I was crashing pretty hard by the time I got my bag.

This may be a bit picky but it seemed like the race was obviously tailored to the half marathon. The first half of the race was great, lots of energy from crowds and bands. When getting to the 2nd 13.1 there was almost immediately a stark difference. The route snaked around to areas that were impossible for spectators to get to, I kept on thinking to myself that this was the most "quiet" marathon I've ever run... and this was supposed to be Rock 'n' Roll!

That said, the weather was perfect and the everyone had a great attitude. So overall, I had a enjoyable experience.
