All competitors during race week will be required to present a valid Triathlon Australia (or equivalent international federation) membership card, or purchase a one-day license at the venue prior to entering the registration marquee.

Withdrawals:
Withdrawals prior to the event day must be in writing – Mail: Ironman Australia PO Box 1145 Eagle Farm, QLD 4009 or Email ironman@usmevents.com.au. Please note: cancellation fees apply to withdrawals (see below).

Cancellation Fees:

• A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5pm 9 November, 2012
• A 75% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5pm 22 March, 2013No refunds will be offered after 5pm 22 March, 2013
