Discrimination based on gender should not be tolerated in an educated society. The policy of not allowing men to participated is a sexist and possibly illegal practice. If there was a men's only race in 2014 people would be outraged yet men can be freely discriminated against and everyone thinks it's okay and even cute if there is a theme to the event? I suggest you reconsider your policy.
